How many Bartenders to staff for an event?

Our bartenders are fully trained to serve up to 100 guests for a full bar whether it’s a small gathering or high-volume event. All of our bartenders are TIPS ( Training for Intervention Procedure) certified and will ensure your guests are served appropriately.

HOW MANY SERVERS TO STAFF FOR AN EVENT?

Our Banquet Servers & Cocktail waiters are fully trained to handle the needs of your small gatherings to large events including corporate and social. They will be able to fully set-up and breakdown tables and buffets according to your banquet event order or as instructed. Our recommendations are one server per 35 guests for a buffet or 10-20 guests for plated functions. For cocktail receptions we recommend one waiter per 30-40 guests for passed appetizers and beverages.

BANQUET CAPTAINS

Our captains are trained professionals who can oversee your event from start to finish without any supervision. They will verify the set-up specifications and coordinate all the set-up needs with the onsite event coordinator/planner and will execute every step of service seamlessly. They will act as the liaison between the client and the culinary, set up and banquet team to ensure your client’s needs are met.

VIP Services

If you have a VIP guest, we have a professional Butler for you. They are specially trained to meet all the requirements to fully deliver a luxury service experience. If you wish to impress your guests in a distinctive way. To welcome your guests the butler will greet them at the entrance in a specialized uniform and according to the rules of art of world class service. They will tend to all your guests needs such as ironing clothes, delivering their food & beverage, and running any errands as needed. Other services can be customized to the the hotel brand or special guest needs.

ROOM ATTENDANTS AND HOUSEMEN

Busy hotel occupancy or simply need to staff to accomplish your productivity needs we’ve got the housekeeping help you need. Our housekeepers are flexible and will deliver service according to your hotel’s standards. They are service professionals with a keen eye for detail and never miss a spot. They will ensure to leave each guest hotel room sparkling clean. If you need additional support needs to deliver clean sheets, towels and help strip the beds our housemen are a perfect addition. Our conference and event set up housemen can fully set up tables, chairs, staging and dance floors according to your diagrams and banquet event orders.

COOKS, STATION ATTENDANTS AND STEWARDS

Our team of professional cooks and station attendants can help prep food, cook and act as station attendants during an event. For the overwhelming and overflowing dishes in the back our team of professional Stewards can help break down, deliver set up equipment and wash the dirty dishes.
